You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Fitted perfectly but was slightly damaged by courier who put full length through letter box, managed to repair so still pleased with the purchase .
Lights are exactly as shown, lovely pink without being too pink. Will look good with rose gold on our main tree. Happy with the purchase and shopping experience
