What areas qualify for Free Delivery?

Orders to Mainland UK Postcodes qualify for Free UK Standard Delivery or Next Day Delivery. Next Day Delivery may not be available on some items due to the volumetric package size of the carton/s. Please check the product page under the "Delivery Tab" option to see the delivery lead times.

Direct From UK delivery partners do not offer delivery to the following areas; Highlands, Islands & Republic of Ireland (ROI)

What are the delivery lead times?

Free UK Delivery* Excludes large deliveries to highlands & islands, takes 1-3 working days, excluding weekends & bank holidays

Large UK Delivery* Excludes large deliveries to highlands & islands, for larger items take 5-7 working days, excluding weekends & bank holidays.

Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed Monday - Thursday before 1pm*

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Standard delivery: Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours
Next-day delivery: Orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm

Why did I receive one item but not the other item(s) I ordered?

We choose the fastest courier for your item(s) depending on the size and weight of each item so orders are shipped separately

I am trying to have my order shipped with Next Day delivery but the option is not available. Why?

There are a number of reasons why this option may not be available, the size and weight of the item you want to purchase. There are some large items that our courier partners are not able to deliver on a next-day service.

Some locations such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Highlands, Grampians, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands are excluded from our next-day service.

What is classed as a 'large' item?

All Indoor Furniture, BBQ’s, Gazebos, Parasols, Garden Furniture, Shelving units, Fridges and any other large living items.

How can I track my AIT order?

You can track your delivery here. On the day of delivery, you will be able to track the driver’s progress.

You will have received a confirmation email or SMS on the morning of delivery confirming the delivery window, your driver’s name and mobile number – should you wish to contact them.

You will also receive notification when the driver is one drop away from you. They will also call you 30-60 minutes before delivery.

You can rebook your AIT delivery on the web portal.

My AIT delivery is booked, when will I receive the timeslot?

You will receive your 2 hour indicative window once your order has been routed the night before delivery. This is usually around 20.00 in the evening. AIT makes deliveries between 07.00-20.00. Please note, this timeslot is an estimate and not guaranteed.

AIT do not normally make requests for specific time slots as it depends on what other deliveries are being made in the area on the day. In exceptional circumstances we will put forward a request with the routers, however this is only a request and we cannot guarantee this will be met.

*If an elevator is unavailable, AIT will only delivery up to 5 flights of stairs.
